Bruh got a burger and fries and the fries were rotten dude. Burger was fine but when I'm paying 14 bucks for a meal both fries and burger better be good. Sours the whole dang meal when half is inedible. Never going back

Went the past two days. They can not get an order right. It's pretty ridiculous. Idk if I'm speaking to fast or what but they seem to get it correct on the screen and wrong when it's delivered. At least they get my drink right.

The worst ever waited almost 20 minutes for a drink and still did not get it. They would not give me my money back either 😡 I will never go back. And the food was under cooked.

For the last couple of years I've boycotted the Ottawa location. Literally eating Sonic every time I visit a different city because the quality here was some of the worst I've seen. After 2 years of refusing to eat here. I stopped in a few times over the last month and the quality has been much much better. I hope that this continues because I personally love Sonic.

This place use to be good 5 years ago but every time I go now it gets worst by each visit. The workers are clueless and the place has became trashy.

I give it 4 stars I always believe always room to be better! Very nice carhop!!

Sonic Drive-In is my favorite place of all time to go for pop tea water and flavored water ice cream cheese burgers and fries it is awesome I give a thumbs up

It's fast food never done me wrong they definitely don't go above and beyond to impress you but it's fast food and it will give you food to eat so that's gotta count for something

Everytime I go, my food is made fresh, it's nice getting hot food. Carhops are usually friendly too!!

Very very slow always mess up the order and the food is greasy. You will wait forever just to get a drink order

Food isn't as good I think fast isn't always best

They would get 5 stars if they'd put more lemons in their Route 44 drinks. 1 slice of lemon is not enough for such a large drink.

The service and the food was awesome

Waited forever to get order then wrong. then when correct sandwich meat had too much salt waste of time, because had to go out of way, should have gone to Burlington sonic.

Always love Sonic and especially their drinks. However I went on Saturday and ordered a Quarterpounder and received a Jr cheeseburger instead. So was very disappointed with that!!

Very friendly employees and great customer service, but I just order chicken tenders this evening and pretty much had to spit out more than half of them. I have no idea if they've changed their chicken or not, but it's not that crunchy-type, warm breading that comes on the strips like it use to be! Instead, their super soft, no crunch, straight out of the grocery store freezer, chicken strips. Yuck. They were served slightly cold and the ends being almost as tough as jerky. It likes someone threw them in the bag and microwaved them or something. Not to mention extremely chewy/fatty! I am a picky eater, yes, but I don't think food is suppose to be served in that kind of condition. I like sonic, but I was disappointed in the food and lost my appetite for the evening.

Service was quick and accurate. I loved the text special they had on chili cheese Coney's. They were only $1 each for the six inch size. They have text specials about every Wednesday. There are also great "Rewards" available through Sonic's easy to use app.

I bought one sonic burger and it was really fresh and prepared just the way I ordered it.

I love their food. It's a little more than cooking at home but without the work it's worth it. We go often. I love the 8 to 10 shake and malt prices.

Our order was placed and they brought both Meals wrong they did replace one of the meals for free.The second mreal look like three of the chicken strips had been cooked prior and were burnt there was bits of fries and onion ring and tater tot pieces in the meal box not very presentable. Very disappointing

Every visit is horrible. Old egg on my toaster. I was informed it was over cooked. Not I've had many years working at another Sonic and that over cooked was a lie.This store needs help it sucks and gives Sonic Corporates a bad name

Why is it when a manager isn't on sight, things go into slow motion? All I ordered was my free route 44 drink and it took them 20 minutes. No, they weren't that busy. Guess I'll just drive on unless I see a managers vehicle there.
